Know what you want before you go in. The guy is smart but he won't put up with people who aren't. He also talks softly so listen closely. Still the best service. He's just a bit rough.

The guy here is a bit difficult/eccentric, but he really does know his stuff; to wit- you should as well if you're going to effectively communicate with him.
