If you are a runner (or walker) ask at reception for the set of run routes that I've produced for them. Ranges from 3ish to 10ish miles...the Thames run is a beauty.

Not sure what they've done, but, the wifi problems seem to be resolved - full broadband wifi access this visit with excellent VPN speeds. That's a real improvement
24£ for 4 days wifi connection is ridiculous. Furthermore an OK hotel .
