The cuy (Guinea pig ) is incredible. Very similar to rabbit . Really fantastic.
Service is efficient and courteous - try the duck breast and soltado lomo.
Unfortunately only place to eat unless you want to brave the local joints.
Wear a shirt with your room number on it. 3-4 people will come to your table and independently as "may I have your room number".
Bring your own bottle. Had two vodkas up and the total bill was $65 USD! They don't get that much in NYC or Tokyo. Obscene.
