The air-cond very noisy ....the lighting control X working, called for help front desk said will send some1 to check. Waited about 30 minutes only got some1 came ????

As of the beginning of 2012, they dropped the name, Novotel. From now on this place is called Centara.

Booked this for the good reviews. Unfortunately, it isn't what we expect. Rooms is not clean . Bathroom is dirty . Facilities is old. Called the housekeeper twice for the toiket flush and shower tab. ????
