The best service! The carbonara is really great!
Swindlers! When paying, they said there was a malfunction, so we only had to push OK. They charged 85 € instead of 43 €! After many phone calls/emails, they say they'll pay back, but nothing.
This was the worst meal I have ever eaten in my life. The pasta came from a tin, was pasty, thick, inedible, the lasagna frozen, the antipasto pate grainy, grey and disturbing. Will have nightmares.
Very bad lasagna , taste funny and oily very fat :( at first look very nice and Cousy but food doesn't taste good! This lasagna look like soup :(
The staff especially the big blonde lady is extremely rude, food is crappy. Please don't be deceived by the looks. Not recommended. A shame for Italian hospitality .
Stay away. Simple as that! Everything overrated, prices to high, staff cold... Much too expensive 4 what you'll pay.
Crappy place.. Salad with dry leafs, feels like having food prepared by your local supermarket . Bad beer . Do not come!!

Servizio rapido e attento, cibo abbastanza caro ma buono, pici fatti in casa ottimi porzioni abbondanti! La zuppa di farro non era speciale! Locale pieno di fumo dato dalle pietre ollari in sala.
Pieno centro di Lucca. Locale rustico ma raffinato. Personale super efficiente, gentile ed amante del proprio territorio. Perfetto per tipico pasto toscano : Fiorentina e pici ai porri e salsicce !!!

Ottimo l'antipasto dell'Oste! Servizio impeccabile!
Posto molto bello, in un vicolo del centro storico . Ma il cibo niente di che: primi piatti con ingredienti scadenti, secondo piatti discreti (ma SALATISSIMI!). Buono l'antipasto ai funghi .
