The Blue Lagoon can stuff it. I'm officially recommending going here instead. Beautiful water, not crowded at all (mid-April), reasonable price, and delightful beer-in-the-baths option.

Totally worth and much better than Blue Lagoon . It's cheaper, has less people. If a student, bring your student I.D. Enjoy the hot spring water and the breathtaking view .

We skipped Blue Lagoon right away and tried other baths . Compared to Secret Lagoon and Krauma, I liked Myvatn best. It‘s big enough to enjoy the quiet beauty of the place and the surrounding hills .

Came here instead of Blue Lagoon . I can't imagine you would need/want to do both. Lifeguards bring you beers while you soak (9000 ISK) which is fun. Worth doing but we prefer the natural hot pots .

Even on a cold rainy day, a worthwhile experience. Much less expensive and commercial (touristy ) than the Blue Lagoon . Give it a try, very restful.

Cannot recommend it highly enough. Go at sunset & float in warm water staring out at the changing colours of the sky through the steam!

Best hot spring in Iceland . Much cheaper than Blue Lagoon , less crowded . Can get windy though, and also offers a swim up bar . Well worth it and highly recommend.

60% of the Blue Lagoon 's price, though unlike that it doesn't include a towel, drink or mud mask. Water feels really silky. Smell isn't very strong. There's a hotter tub & steam rooms

The goulash is pretty good in the Kvika café , and I am Hungarian so I supposed to know what I am saying.

Smaller than the Blue Lagoon , and less touristy . Super relaxing. Head out to Vogafjoss Cowshed afterwards for a nice local meal.

At entrance $40, and a towel $7 to rent - I say bring your own towel ;) also beers are $9 for 0.3l, so milking the tourists a touch on that. Otherwise great.

Fantastic outdoor thermal baths . So relaxing and with the added bonus of sunsets over Myvatn if you're fortunate!

Relax in the pools while it is freezing outside. Very friendly staff will tell you about the water and other fun facts.

The infinity pool is very Nice! We were there during a very rainy day but it was still great

Nice natural hot pool . Unfortunately the fitting rooms are dirty . For 3500 krona (€20) it has to cleaner. Every little hot pool in those little villages is cleaner and the entrance fee is less.

Amazing place. Swimming in the pool with freezing temperatures and snow outside was quite a unique experience.

The Blue Lagoon is nice but this is nicer.

Pretty cold out when you go outside with no clothes on. Great in the pool.

Definitely overpriced. You can find natural pools were take a bath and relax for free.

It's a bit crowded , but it's amazing anyways.

The temperature fluctuates so need to come early to check the place out.

Wunderschönes bad, guter Ersatz für die viel zu teure blaue Lagune. Trotzdem ist der Eintritt etwas teuer mit 5000 kronen pro Person aber ist es wert
