Waitresses kept ignoring us. Even after we made a signal that we are ready to take an order, they continued ignoring us. Terrible stuff. We left after 30 minutes of waiting

Bottle of water was 7,20€ and service was bad. Quality was also not as I would expect. So the rating is justified
