Photo Tip: Everyone has the same photo from the same location of Mabry Mill, so take a little walk around the short path, look for blooming spring flowers , make your photo stand out from the rest.

Good "Sunday Dinner with Auntie" spot. Interesting historical exhibits outside like mill , working waterwheel, overhead sluice, logging tools. Crowded when the tour buses hit. Nat. Park gift shop .

Beautiful place. Be sure to go by during the season and watch Blacksmiths & other demonstrations including the Mill .

Don't worry if there's no parking off the parkway. There's a large parking lot behind the mill .

Be ready to wait, but the food is good and reasonably priced... A great blue Ridge parkway experience
