If your flying porter bring an empty travel mug to fill up in the lounge for free. That means you can have coffee the whole flight .
Before running around on your cell phone frantically asking people what gate you are in, why don't you take a breath, count to 5, and look at the countless signs around you to find your own way :-).

Different gates have separate security checkpoints…check your gate first before getting into a Security line !
all my flights seem to go out from this terminal. its really just okay - haven’t had dinner here, places are usually crowded . get some snacks and find a spot to hunker down for a while.
Global entry interview area is on the bottom floor right by the elevators near baggage claim . No checking in, you just need to be there at your assigned time and just wait to be called.
It is so bloody hot that the chocolate bar I bought from duty free is literally melting. It is literally 90 degrees here.
Transfering flights in U.S. Always have follow another check-in since you need to recollect your suitcase for custom clearance
Not a great layout and a pretty massive space. Enjoy your trip.

If you're meeting an international traveller , best advice is grab a Starbucks and take a seat... customs and immigration always takes longer than you think.
Terminal B, gate 55 area has just two bars to choose from. Food selection is not great. There isn't much to do in the small waiting area. The duty free selection of whiskey is limited, and expensive .
As a start I suggest a fleet of Caterpillar D-11 bulldozers and just tear this place down.
Get a food with you, it's basically no place to get a proper meal in departures.
Plentiful seating and food choices. Never lines for the bathroom . Great air circulation. Not…
The international part of the terminal is much much better than the domestic
Close to no choice for food once you cross immigration. Bring some snacks with you
Am I in the U.S.? This is like a third world airport .
Literally every single restaurant is closed by midnight. If you’re staying overnight good luck
Limited shopping. Not the best for international travellers . Buy before you arrive!
Air India counters are not necessarily where there are listed on the screens ????
If you're stuck here for several hours, expect to starve. At least in the morning. The pub times are incorrect, and the Mediterranean place takes 40 minutes to serve.
The best ran international terminal operation be thankful for the behind the scenes here.
Very, very poor selection of shops and restaurants and WiFi only free for 30 minutes. I would avoid using this airport again.
Smells like cinnabons, great way to welcome international travelers to the US
Terminal B different
Check in as late as possible! Very little there once you pass through security
the tmobile hotspot is for free. available close to the airportlounge.
Quick and friendly TSA
Newark Int'l flaw... having to go back through security between terminals
Gates 60-68 has a Samuel Adams bar . Not that great, but okay for relaxing until your departure. Great Nachos !
Make sure you know exactly where you are meeting your pick up. Is confusing and poorly sign posted.
There is a small duty free shop and is very expensive ,the cafe and the food shops are poor
Awful food & drink options if you get stuck at Gates 40-47!
4+ hour delay getting a gate upon arrival. That's just abuse!
Not near as congested as jfk or LaGuardia
Get to the gate super early and snatch some nudey mags from the stand.
No matter what the motions may pat you down unless you bring children
Surprisingly good Japanese food at Sora Sushi .
Pre-check is a joke here compared to Terminal A
Be sure to get to your Delta flight 45 minutes ahead of time. PS There isn't a wait list for flights either.
This place sucks, all the gates are grouped into 10's and you can't move between them.
Stone age.
Craptastic terminal. Do anything to avoid it and head over to Terminal C.
Its an airport .. What do u expect? Get on the plane and shut up!
Being inebriated might help survive this experience.
It literally sucks here. Why did I bother getting here in good time??
The worst security checkpoint you'll encounter.
Very few drinking and shopping options around gate 60-68!
I actually like the Crown Room here. The staff is friendly and they're very helpful. Plus they have comfortable seating if you'd like to relax. - Chris Taylor
