Good service , clean , comfortable rooms . Tea , scones and dinner is all good. Above all, the air temperature can drop from 30 to 20 degC at night, so bring a jacket and settle in near the fireplace .

I love this place! The ambience is good, very relaxing. It could be perfect if the lake in view is blue-ish instead of muddy brown. The food in hotel restaurant is just average.

Freak yourself a good ol planter here. Nice and clean , the restaurant is mediocre while overpriced, but the breakfast was ok. Flawless service, I advise to take some of the tours , Mossy forest a must

For quiet and privacy, book the Honeymoon Suite, a stand-alone structure apart from the main hotel . Old English ambience. Love the fireplace and the spacious and well-appointed sunken bath.

The soundproof is not good enough.. The door gaps is about an inch from a ground... You can hear the housekeeper walking n talking in front of your room clearly... Others are superb!

Nice view but wrong timing to here as the lake was indecent-looking due to landslide few days ago.
