This place recently became a non-profit. The animals are all rescues. These historical roadside attractions should be saved. Go on a cool day. They need your support.
Nice little park / zoo to spend an hour - it is a bit strange in there - but absolutely worth !!
Try to go on a day that they have a tour . Our tour guide was docent Chris. She had interesting stories about the history of the place.
Definitely worth the $12 entry fee. The cuckatoo has quite the personality
This is a fun place to visit, it is a animal sanctuary. All of these animals have been saved and they have one of the biggest crocs in the state of Florida !
15 bucks, decent value for what you see. Don't listen to all the crappy reviews. It's no zoo but they do have live gator feedings on the hour and the staff is friendly .
Old school Florida , this place is like 70 years old. Huge gators that the tour guide feeds; other animals being rehabilitated. It is not Bush Gardens . Temper your expectations and you will enjoy.
Definitely Old Florida . I'm pretty sure they're breaking a few laws regarding square footage per animal. Don't bother, head to a place like the Naples Zoo unless you want to step in mounds of vulture
Fun times ! !!!!!!!!
Stay thirsty my friends!
Closed for good :(
