Get anything to put their syrup on! Pumpkin pancakes are a personal favorite. Go during maple season (Feb-April) and visit the sugar shack to see syrup being made.

Awesome atmosphere and a great value . I was a little surprised at some things like home fries not being home made , but the definitely-home-made ham hash makes up for it. Worth the scenic drive.

Get the Parker 's special if you are really hungry. Otherwise get the half Parker 's special. Make sure you get at least one pancake ; delicious.

If there is a wait, it's definitely worth it! Put your name in and then hang out in the gift shop . And always get the monthly special pancake !

No a/c on hot days. Make sure you sit by a fan. Wonderful Hot Turkey sandwich . Son said best grilled cheese ever!

They don’t have AC ! Avoid going in the summer if you don’t want sweat in your food. We thought the meats (bacon , sausage , and ham ) were really good, but we’re generally unimpressed.

The eggnog pancakes are awesome when in season. Otherwise, the maple baby back ribs and eggs makes for a great breakfast .
