Our stay was pretty pleasant. We were very careful with our stuff though. Leave a do not disturb sign on your door if you're worried about theft! Nice hotel , bad part of town .

A pretty good place to stay for SXSW. If there's no traffic on I-35, then it's only a 5 minute drive. With traffic, it can take 20+ mins. The beds are comfy and the showers are warm.

I do NOT understand why some people gave good reviews on this property. I won't recommend this to anyone. The only clean material is its name tag.

When coming to my room at night, the digital key to my room didn't open, had to go to frontdesk to recharge, and when got in room, found my suitcase violated and brand new Sony camcorder stolen.

Budget friendly . Not totally abominable. Shower with your socks on maybe? I saw no bugs if that makes you feel better. fridge made snoring noises. Furniture was pretty beat up.

Spend more money and save your night keeping yourself away from bugs and gloomy environment.

The room smells much better than our last hotel in tennessee and it is dog friendly with no extra charge!

Warning! Be very careful with your belongings, they might get stolen. Left a new Sony camcorder on my suitcase @ room 305 (March 2012-SXSW) and it was stolen.

It's not ok. It's terrible. Bugs . No cleaning . Do not stay here. I'm leaving as soon as I noticed

Worst place ever - had a bunch of stuff stolen from my room. Room was dirty to boot.

My tip is to not stay here. The rooms smell like urine. Worst hotel ever.

Can't beat price w/ orbitz given location.
