44 oz is $.99. I refilled my 44 oz foam cup and got charged $1.39. Who is making these decisions? I save them the cost of a cup and get charged more?

Water stinks so bad it's unbearable. Shower is definitely not recommended. Denny's has horrible service, waiter took out drink order and we never saw him again. Walked out.
