I spent an hour agreeing on the phone I would come back at 10am the next day. Arriving no one knew where the inventory was! Or the specs on phones such as battery life, talk time. Highly unsatisified.
Helpful staff with a decent selection of tvs . Always double check the prices.

Don't ever go to best buy to trade a phone in. They'll screw you over. They don't quote you the correct price. I won't ever trade a phone in to them.
