Actually you don' reserve room here it's a Home! Hotel has a nice outdoor swiming pool, big buffet restaurant , located near Internet city & metro station , very close to some famous cafe , bar & clubs

It's a 4-star hotel ,but it's perfect if you are traveling with a family: very clean , inexpensive , got a balcony , a kitchen, microwave & an over, a washer washer/drier, and the staff is super friendly .

A great place to stay in. Its a huge tower, almost 40 floors. So make sure to get a city view apartment . The metro station is located across the door. They provide a free valley parking & 24 hours gym

Living here on long stay and so far I've no regrets. The facilities are remarkable and so are the management and staff . Maintenance is also excellent. So far, i have zero complains.

One of the best equipped hotel gyms and lovely balcony pool all located on the same floor... Rooms are specious with a hint of luxury ... Metro is just opposite the hotel ...

The California style room is by far the best furnishing. Nice place to live ???? but don't expect 5 star service, think of it more like a great apartment building than a great hotel .

Room is clean and well maintained. Long stay guests get 20% off services like room service etc. Flat screen TV in lounge and bedroom. There is a dining room and kitchen. Happy here.

The elevators closer to the parking are less crowded . Also remember to keep pressing the elevator button once it arrives on the ground floor becauae the doors shut quickly and don't reopen.

Very nice suites. Stunning views on d seaside . Well equipped rooms for long stay and with families. Elevators take a bit long to arrive in peak hours. Overall excellent. Will come again.

We needed to change room several times bc and each time the service of the hotel didn’t proposed us any good solution even after i needed to change room at 4am. also no hot water and internet

The view from the 25th floor was amazing specially if u r in a sea view room ... Till now it is one of the best hotels I've stayed in while being in Dubai

A decent hotel , I stayed there for almost two months, the food is good, even though they don't serve alcohol , thy pool is good and offers a good view , the rooms are spacious and clean

Very reasonable prices. Spacious rooms and apartments . Good location, but tricky entrance for the hotel . Recommended for families.

The sky lounge has the best view to enjoy, while chatting or working. Margarita pizza was good there too.

Actually im pretty stunned, the hotel is considered almost budget but the California furniture reflects a high-end hotel ! Will stay here for sometime & I think I made the right decision!

Location is convenient if you don't drive (metro station right outside). Housekeeping needs a LOT of improvement. Food at La Terrace was ok. Elevators take forever to arrive. Overall rating: average

Very good hotel for families with kids. Located v close to Dxb Metro. Has a pool jacuzzi fully loaded fitness centre.

The Eppco station is super convenient & has a tiny hard-to-notice entrance right next to the long-term concierge and metro station .

Elevators during the rush hours is really a problem. Facilities are good with a little poor service. Location is great for non-driving people and whoever is working in the DIC.

This hotel is clean . The view is very bad all you see is are the rooms opposite you. The Internet is limited to 4 devices. Lifts are always full

You will get so bored with the elevators service!!! You wait for 5 min every time you want to use it. Everything else is great

There has been some major maintenace on our floor. Are they cutting into concrete? Noise all day and an apartment covered in dust. No sign of an apology in any way or form for the inconvenience.

Elevators are slow, taxis take a little more, but anyway - comfortable place to stay for a couple of days
