If you want to sweat and a good all around workout, you will get that here. The staff and instructors are all friendly and enthusiastic and the music blares (which is great to me)!
Completely different than typical stationary bike classes . Very challenging, but fun! Aimee has great energy and her playlist gets you moving! Get ready to bring it and work up a serious sweat .
