Highly rated local tempura house. It was ok but nothing special.
別府駅前で食べるなら観光案内所 のおじさんお勧めの、とよ常さん。とり天定食 1100円。衣サクサク身はプリッのとり天にポン酢 をかけて、辛子とタルタルソース を付けていただきます。旬 の魚 のりゅうきゅうも付いてますよ。とにかく美味しゅうございました。
とり天・カレイの唐揚げ ・天丼 、すべおいしかったです！

とり天美味しくいただきました。お昼 に行ったので次は夜に行きたいですね。

Family owned and operated, had the best tempura I've ever tasted. There is no English menu but they do their best to help you. We had the tempura, a sushi, an fried eggplant and fish fin to finalize. - Luciano
