Lights and Aircon not switch on at Hotel lobby sitting area at 5:50am. According to reception, that's their policy ????????

PJ Crystal Crown foods used to be excellent. In my recent stay, the breakfast was really bad. Even the lunch & dinner were not as good as before. Yet, the room rate is still quite expensive

The menu for bfst - never change. The waitress-something wrong with her.should send for etiquette. Chef used bare hands to touch the food /pastries .

Frontdesk were rude when we wanted to validate our parking . When referred to another person (assuming he's the manager), that guy said "Just give them la" with sour face. We're customers, not beggars.

The row of breakfast buffet can be better.

Fasiliti di hotel ni ok tapi servis di bhgn front desk tidak memuaskan.. Ada peg yang berkenaan kurang mesra pelanggan dan tidak memberikan perkhidmatan dan maklumat yang dapat membantu pelanggan..

Be careful bila makan dekat cafe dia. Check makanan dulu. Terjumpa ulat dalam Koewtiaw Penang.
