Windy is a great trainer ! Erin teaches the best Aquafit class , and Kelly teaches the best Body Works + Abs class . Other Kelly's pilates class is great but FAST--cardio + strength!
Dumbbells are exactly matched and go up to my favs 100-120's!
Walking laps in the pool is great! It's low impact and if you're preggo like me it relieves the baby weight!
Take Kia's Zumba class on Fridays and Saturdays for a fun high cardio workout!
Bonnie's classes are fun! She always has a smile :)

The timers in both the men and women's saunas are broken, be sure to bring a watch or phone!
They have food network playing on the tv 's.. kinda ruins your workout.. lol
