Beef belly is essentially beef bacon . BEEF . BACON . Order everything and wash it down with copious amounts of beer and bad decisions. You'll get the meat sweats... but you won't have any regrets.

Warm noodle with Kimchi was a really delicious side included in the Combo-A. If I had to skip one meat, it'd probably be the marinated pork belly w/ bean paste . All the other meats were great!!

Mix the sauces. Fresh tender loin, beef brisket , and marinated beef are my all time favorite. They change the grill often when they are not that busy.

For fans of offal , this place has a good selection of it on their AYCE menu, including large & small intestine, tripe , and chicken gizzard .
