The queue isn't bad if you go around 20:00 & they're nice. ????You need printed proof of purchase for your item. Print it before you go to avoid this terrifying virus PC half the city has logged onto.

I came at 8:45 (they are close at 9pm) and I had to wait just 3 mins.. PERFECT AND SO HAPPY !!!

Not my favorite place to spend time, but the staff is friendly and they are well organised. German efficiency at its best.

Bring extra batteries, food and drinks - it can take a while. And even longer.

You have to make ressrvationprior to make a tour . You have to wait at least one hour in cold winter days.

Smile at the personnel, those guys really need it. And hey, Germany how about you gl give those customs guys 2 additional employees to puppet them.

That was easy. Went there after 8pm and it took me 5 minutes in total. TOP!

They should have told me I have to go by and collect my item with invoice, but they dont. Just send you an invoice and had to discover there is a work around that stupid tax for a 11eur item

For a powebank that costed 11eur they asked me to pay 29,80eur!!! Insane. When emailed with proof and requesting to send item they said are not allowed, but have to pay. Only when I called they said..

If you go before 8am it's not so bad, you won't have to wait very long.

Its better to go on a wednesday and enter before 12, they are pretty fast!

Anders als von DHL behauptet wird, kann man sehr wohl mit Karte zahlen. Außerdem gibt es einen Rechner mit Drucker, bei dem man sich die notwendigen Sachen ausdrucken kann. Freitags längere Wartezeit

Nimmt euch (viel)Zeit . Es dauert zwischen 30Minuten-1,5Stunden (jedenfalls war das bei mir der Fall bei 2 Besuchen), bringt einen Ausweis, Bezahlungsbestätigung (oder Orderconfirmation) und Geld mit.

Unbedingt den Amaretto Cappuccino aus dem Klix-Automat probieren. Köstlich!
