Friendly instructors , no judgement environment! Don't be afraid of the hot yoga . It really warms the muscles !
Friendly and supportive environment. I took Eboni 's class - great cueing and lots of modifications offered.
Don't take a class with Amy. She goes too quickly and doesn't offer alternatives for more beginner - intermediate yogis.
Very friendly environment and really enjoyed the biomechanics workshop. Definitely have another one....
