It's where I've gone for 2 years,but lately I've noticed my tech is more focused on chatting in the foreign language while I wait to get my nails filled.i may need to fine a new place if it continues.

Customer service was pretty bad except for Paula. She did my nails . She's great but I don't think I'll be back there cuz of the other workers. It was my first time at a nail salon .just felt mistreated

In front of clients, speak English. Nobody likes being ignored. There r 2 many salons nearby who will be polite. There's 1 tech who is always on her headset phone.how rude

I think its terrible customer service when you have a pedicure and end up with bleeding feet and they don't discount the charge. I have both feet bandaged and am in a lot of pain and they didn't care

Even when you have an appt, and they're not busy-you wait. Today, I waited while Q paid bills online. Hmmm

Pedicures are wonderful!
