I didn't know there was a restaurant inside the hotel , I was looking through Restaurant.com app and found Nu something restaurant . I came here with my boyfriend to have dinner , everything was great!

Traditional Hyatt experience . Always great checkin and room was good. Location is good also. Ate at the bar and had the chowder which was amazing. Would definitely recommend. Overall great experience.

Angelo in guest services is amazing! He will hook you up with anything you need.

Another great reason to stay here: AT&T Wi-Fi is one of the many amenities here for guests. It’s fast and easy to connect.

Free AT&T wifi for iPhone but NOT free for my tablet (I don't use AT&T for home access). Didn't think to ask when booking . Very dissapponting in this day and age.

Food is better then average hotel food. Value for the cost of breakfast buffet is really good.

The gym is well maintained. Get a workout in while you are at the Hyatt Long Island .

If the up button on the lobby level elevators doesn't stay lit, just hit the down button - it'll have the same effect.

I won't stay here again. Clogged tub, dumpy shower head, hole in the wall , busted cabinets, TV channels are super slow and the pillows are like rocks. Also, no free WiFi and no free breakfast .

Prescription medication, electronics , and jewelry STOLEN. NEVER STAY HERE.

Breakfast buffer is NOT worth the price they charge!!! 21.02 eggs were watery and bland. Might be ok for conplimentary breakfast but not to charge for it!!!

The decaf coffee they serve for breakfast is really good.

Not your regular Hyatt experience . There is no staff , no bell boy...the rooms look ghetto...not worth the.money at all.
