Have your drug test just before closing at the end of the day when there is no more waiting time (no later than 3pm) ang come back 1st hour the following day to apply for your renewal.

If you're renewing your driver's license that was not issued from an LTO office , this is the place to go.

First renewals are not accepted here nor in other satellite offices . Please take note before you start harassing the workers with your perfect English.

Courteous people . Fast processing . Go in the afternoon there are fewer people.

Remember to get a number in front of the medical queue before having your license evaluated.

I got my driver's license in 40min! The staff were all friendly . The guy taking my picture even told me to smile so I'd look pretty in my license. Lol.

Expect long lines and slow processing, unless you have the extra money to hasten the process, if you know what I mean. "Lagayan" system in our government offices sucks!!!
