Try the buffalo-not gamey but make sure you order medium rare or medium tops. Anything above that will toughen the meat too much. The filet and lobster tail is perfect. Share a side-they are huge!
Enjoy locavore dining where the meats, greens, herbs, honey , are all sourced from Quapaw Nation of Oklahoma tribal land and hands. They even brew their own beer and roast their own coffee .
You cannot go wrong with a filet (cooked perfectly) and add scallops-the best I've ever had, just melt in your mouth
