Won't substitute meat item with non meat item which is inconvenient during lent, so be prepared for that.
I have to report that the service was awful on this visit (2/12/14). Also, one of the cooks urinated with his apron still on AND DIDN'T WASH HIS HANDS WHEN HE LEFT THE RESTROOM ! ABSOLUTELY GROSS!

Skillet is great.
So many people complaining about slow food. The place is packed. If you want fast food at this time on a Saturday morning go elsewhere. If you want good food prepare to wait.
Servers are rude and disrespectful.... Be prepared!
