Stari Most (English: Old Bridge) is a reconstruction of a 16th-century Ottoman bridge in the city of Mostar in Bosnia and Herzegovina that crosses the river Neretva and connects two parts of the city. The Old Bridge stood for 427 years, until it was destroyed on 9 November 1993.

More than a bridge , a historic landmark . Learn about its history and walk through it — you'll feel like you're walking back in the time. The best place for pictures is from the bazaars.
Spectacular bridge which was built by Architect Hayrettin who was the apprentice of Great Architect Sinan (who designed Blue Mosque in Istanbul and Selimiye in Edirne)
lets walk on the bridge from the side to side like an Ottomans times, then buy some gift from small shops, if u are lucky, see a jumper from the top of the bridge to neritva river ????
Manzara, üzerinden Neretva nehrine atlayan cesur gençler ve iki yanındaki kuleleriyle eşsiz bir yer! Must-see monument with the unique architecture , lovely town and amazing nature!
Amazing old city , the river with deep green color under the bridge is awesome! It worth to go there.
Beautiful reconstruction of the ancient bridge destroyed in 1993. Watching divers jump off the bridge is a spectacular sight.
The Old Bridge is a piece of Balkan Islamic architecture built by Suleiman the Magnificent in 1557, destroyed in 1993 and finally rebuilt in 2004.
There is no need to describe about the bridge , but it was emotional for me because of that historical moment when I saw it collapse as a child.
Glad to see it rebuilt . Am old enough to remember the original. That was like walking on glass and a great deterrent to a lot of the day trippers
The Mostar Bridge . Connecting the Greek Orthodox half with the Muslim half of the city : this bridge represents so much... Buy some genuine gelato and walk through the cobblestone streets!
Give some money to the local guys and see them jump off the 29 metres high bridge into Neretva River . (Please don't be cheap , give some money yourself and don't wait until others pay!)
There is sometimes lots of locals who are jumping of the bridge to the river . The gravity still works there!
The old town is seriously a hidden jewel , now season end very competitive prices for accommodation
I am really happy to see Mostar Bridge rebuilt...It was one of my dreams to take photos of Mostar...Like this place so much...
