Most of their restaurants are very good but avoid La Gondola. Less than average Italian food . Asian restaurant Momo is very good. Los Tacos is good for lunch . Nice pool. Try an electric lemonaid.

Very nice, lots to do, plenty to eat and drink at every turn - don't even have to get out of the pool. BUT, the place is HUGE...be prepared for a LOT of walking, especially to and from the rooms...

Incredible resort , in the middle of nowhere. Taxi or shuttle bus needed to get into Cancun city . Spoilt for choice with restaurants . Never felt so relaxed and energised after a 3hr spa and massage !

Los Tacos is our favorite spot at the Moon Grand . The staff everywhere on the reset are so friendly and helpful. We're talking about booking our 10 year anniversary here next July. Love this place!!

Must: ocean front room, 4ppl in-room jacuzzi , pool side relaxation , and Mayan coffee . Attentive staff and concierge . Best place to be with a curious infant. Staff here loves babies!!

As a family we really enjoy the facilities and the hospitality . The food excellent, the Japanese menu was delicious the other restaurants are good too.

Sunrise is excellent. Few nice places to eat in Nizuc but pools naff, don’t bother with the Grand, very over-rated and not as nice.

Take a shot of tequila every time it's offered by a bartender . Don Julio, Hornitos, and El Jimador are the best. Try a "sangrita" shot with your tequila , it's a must!

Be prepared to wait hours to check in to your room :( so disappointed in this experience sitting around and waiting, from activating room credits to booking activities. Wasted so much time.

The resort is very large, but I liked my stay...the food was good at all of the restaurants-especially the Brazilian-my only con was people putting towels on shaded lounge chairs early in the morning.

Get mimosas at the bar in the lobby and keep them coming. Make sure to eat breakfast it serves as a buffet , try the tacos and prosciutto

Such a great place to vacation. It is a family resort so if you want a more romantic place you may want to look someplace else because there are children running around every where! Food is amazing.

Los Tacos and the pool at the Moon Grand are quiet and peaceful . Sort of away from the larger pools.

Staff is great and super friendly . Golf is excellent. The rest of you could think of a hotel/all inclusive is quite mediocre.

The spectacular Moon Palace Resort is about 5 miles south of the airport in Cancun's tranquil south shore. Nestled between 123 acres of tropical foliage and a secluded white sand beach . Great 4 kids 2

Food is excellent. It is hard to find lounge chair by the pool during high season.

This place is amazing! If you're concierge then most of that stuff is by moon grand so try to get a room there!

Food poison alert. Three members of my family, wife, older and younger sons developed nausea, diarrhea and body aches during our six day stay at Moon Palace Sunrise. I would not visit this place again

To put it simply: The best you'll hope for here is mediocrity. The guest experience is mixed, with departments communicating poorly. Room keys went dead, food is mostly bland, room flooded twice.

Los Tacos taqueria is the perfect poolside snack .

Victor is the best bartender here! Be sure to order a sexy monkey - delish!

Go to the beach palace if you want good beaches . The one here isn't good.

The worst service I've ever had in the 5⭐️ hotel .
