Chris is a fantastic instructor . The studio is beautiful and clean...one of the best in Chicago. I like the mats instead of carpeting. I will definitely go back.
Great for experienced Bikram yogis looking for a place to practice, but definitely not for beginners. Very little discipline (people came and went all through class !) and little instruction.
