自家製の古式手打ち で、つなぎを使わない十割蕎麦 。湯布院の湧水を使って作られた蕎麦 は、腰があって喉越しツルツルでとても美味しい。テラス席 もあって金鱗湖畔 でゆっくり寛げます。せいろ蕎麦 ￥1,200(+tax)
일본의 진짜 소바답게 짠 기운은 호불호가 있겠지만 쯔유조절하면서 먹으면 될 거 같아요. 직접 뽑은 소바면이 좋았고, 친절합니다.
つゆ の中の鴨 が絶妙な味を引き立てます。温かいそば と冷たいそば のシンプルな2種類。
金鱗湖 を眺められる蕎麦屋 鴨 そば がおススメ
木曜日が定休日。 金鱗湖 店もあります。
