The suites is a little dated, but really clean . The updated bathroom in the family apartment is disproportionately small. Staff are ready to help out. Very accessible to Silom, Sathorn & Lumphini.

Very accessible to Silom. Good value for money if you want a hotel with a reasonable price. Full access of the gym , pool, jacuzzi and business center .

Don’t depend on customer service. No manager on duty. No bell stand. What security guard . And the girls are nice but do not have any authority or training . Beware! Budget hotel . I left on Christmas .

Disappointed. After room switching then waiting a 1/2 hr taxi and 12 hours for a GM I finally gave up. I packed up and left on Christmas . OMG!
