Tim's Fit Loft classes kick your butt in the best possible way. Every yoga instructor has been awesome, so you really can't go wrong but Rebecca is my fav!
I've enjoyed every class I've taken, but find myself truly loving Core Vinyasa and Core Sculpt. Check out the Fit Loft classes , too! Namaste!
