Good variety of strength-building machines. Lots of treadmills and ellipticals . Special areas for ab and circuit workouts. Nice locker-room and shower area. Bring your own towel and lock.
Pizza Nights (the first Monday of every month) Open 24hr M-F , 7-7 Sat & Sun, No wifi , and bring your own towel if you plan on using the shower .
Parking lot is always full at night but once inside, they have plenty of equipment and a great variety!
Nice place to work out and be left alone to enjoy your workout. Staff is friendly and helpful.
