Amazing hotel . Free wifi for rewards members. Daily wine reception (complimentary ). Parking is $45, but valet is very prompt (less than 5 mins). Service exceeds other equiv hotels !

You can ask the front desk for a variety of items such as picnic blanket, bike , flat iron, etc. There is also an umbrella in the room that you can borrow. There's no ac or windows in the gym .

Big, clean room . Super friendly staff . And you can't beat having a yoga mat provided for you in your room! Will happily stay again.

Nice hotel in a good location near lots of shopping and local transit, including the cable cars . Valet parking is $48 per day.

Airport shuttle price is a bit much. $5 per reservation up front then another $10 at drop off at SFO. Bart is cheaper. Just takes about 10/15 longer. Shuttle should be complimentary ...

Make sure to request a gold fish for your room!

Do not stay on the 5th floor. Dirty Habit (restaurant/bar) is on that floor, and people are seated right outside the windows. I was charged for using the minibar and had to call to correct the error

Make sure you become an In Touch member! $10 to raid the mini bar-woot!!
