Its a good hotel to stay in with strategic location for shopping (南京路步行街), dining, sightseeing, near to metro station , taxi is around this area. Staff are friendly , room is clean , free wifi .

The hotel is perfect location , building and the rooms except the recipient stuff you must be tough with them for more respect .

Ps: Club lounge is closed since April, check before you buy the club room if you want to use the lounge with great view , it is indeed open but they say 'closed'and don't let guests in for some reason!

The lamb ribs with a mint yogurt sauce at Riviera , the western restaurant at Mezzanine level, is delicious ????

Low quality and definitely not five star- mainly due to rude staff and poor breakfast . Clean and has great location but disappointing overall. A latte costs extra at breakfast and variety is poor.

My problem about the AC are not working on cold. The manager said it’s not the season of to have cold air I told i want cold air it’s a five stars hotel not one star I think so. He send me fan.
