Traveling through and the service was great. They let my restless kids walk around (partly because it was empty!). Food was fast, hot and delicious! Server was great!
We love this place..a lot better than a few months ago. Great job to the NEW Management.
There's 2 Applebee's closer to me but I make the drive to Raytown regularly for the smoking section. Independence and KC loses all my business to Raytown whenever possible for that reason.
Come try out our new items on the 2 for $20 come sit in my section if you want good service !!!

Service has gotten A LOT better and maybe if people would be a little more patient and understanding things will go better.
Our waitress was OK every question she had she had to ask the manager so she may have been new. The kitchen was super slow. 15 mins for a hot fudge shooter . Yeah not so much.
