Quiet hotel and neighborhood possibly due to holiday season. Concierge staff is apparently inexperienced and requires a senior to guide all the time. Room is a lil’ small yet clean and cosy.
Check in process very slow.. poor service in reception!
Cleanliness is very poor. Lot of water leaking spot. Stains on the bed.
