The bacon pancakes , they're awesome with maple syrup
Apparently an American pancake is chunks of bacon embedded in it and cheese on top. I am pretty sure us Americans do not make pancakes this way. If it sounds appealing it was actually quite soggy.
Highly recommend the New Yorker (bacon and maple syrup ) with a coffee . Shame it's lavazza coffee though.
Good mix of savoury and sweet pancakes . Definitely worth trying something a bit different.
