Love the toiletries here, vv green and energy responsible hotel ... Service is good too. Starbucks next door. Free wifi . No restaurant or bar in the place. Very unusual, boutique and quirky... LOVE IT

Super close to Union Square, next to bunch of restaurants , very chic & the staff are wonderful. Will definitely stay here again & their affiliated hotels . Oh and cold sake served everyday 5-7pm

Beds are very comfortable . The building is old so you can hear the ceiling squeaks as people are stomping over your head. We have received a bottle of Champagne for our honeymoon. That was nice:)

Hotels.com 25% discount for 3+ night stay. 9 nights. no complaints. if you get a Geary St room, don't leave your windows open at night. trash men come at 4am. Stockton & Sutter garage is a bargain.

Really comfortable bed and great location. But the blue lights in the elevator are just plain weird. I don't think it would lose its diva-ness if they switched them out for some warm white lights.

Nice staff , free wi-fi, sent gifts to our door just for tweeting with them! Fire escape doors on each floor should not be wide open as a child could fall out.

Got a good rate, rooms where clean but ours had no view (brick wall an arms length out). Fitness center was small but ok equipped.
