This place is over-priced. The condition of the rooms are horrible. See attached photos. That's the carpet when you walk in.

No one is ever manning the desk. Go next door to the Four Points if you need anything (e.g., a check-in and room key).
Checkin is very slow, allow at least 30 minutes of standing in line

Helen (the woman in the office) was wonderful. Anything that you needed, she got it for you. She made our trip well worth it - NinjaJom
